Once payment has been
confirmed, you will be contacted within 24 hours regarding the processing of
your Andella Home order. You can
expect your order to ship to you within 5 business days if it is in stock. Many of the items we offer are one of a
kind or a few of a kind. There is
a chance that the merchandise you order could go out of stock if another order
is being processed for the same item(s).
In the event your item(s) is unavailable, we will notify you of
approximate lead time.
Andella Home proudly
serves our clients with complimentary Threshold Delivery Service (in the 48 Continental United States..please inquire for shipping prices outside of this area). Your merchandise will be delivered and
placed inside a first floor doorway or protected area of your choice. In some cases the delivery driver will
not be able to handle an item alone and will require your assistance.
If you would like, for an
additional fee we can arrange to have your new Andella Home merchandise
unpacked, assembled, placed in your home, and have the packing supplies and
trash hauled away. This is what we
call White Glove Service, which costs an additional $95.00 per item.
The Andella Home Team
takes many precautions to ensure that the merchandise arrives in your home
without damage, but sometimes damage does happen. If you notice any damage to the box or to the product itself
upon delivery, make sure that you note it on the shipping report/bill of lading
prior to signing receipt of your shipment. Contact customer service regarding any damage issues within 5
days of receipt of merchandise.
Order
Cancellation & Return Policies
Orders can be cancelled
without penalty within 5 days of order, and with a 10% of transaction
restocking fee until the time of shipment. Once an order has been picked up for shipment, we are unable
to process any cancellation.
Returns may be made within
30 days of shipment date with a 20% of transaction re-stocking fee, plus a $100
return freight fee (per item).
Merchandise purchased at
clearance pricing is not eligible for return or exchange. |
